The date in question is the 18th of October, 2019. The location, situated in close proximity to the western part of the Business Park Mladost and a mere stone’s throw away from the Kino Arena, goes by the name of Pulse Fitness & Spa Mladost. The most modern of the Pulse family of clubs opened its doors with an exceptionally elegant cocktail event, designed to welcome its first club members. The grand opening event received over 800 guests, including present club members, notable public figures such as politicians, actors, singers, accomplished athletes, and businessmen, who spent the entire evening commenting amongst themselves about how the club exceeded all expectations.
The facility, situated on an area of 5050 square meters, is visibly distinct from the other clubs in the chain. Its design is simultaneously elegant and futuristic, and its capacity is enormous. Spread across five floors, it primarily emphasizes the worldwide trend of building spacious clubs with maximum open spaces, more zones for crossfit and functional workouts, a plethora of cardio equipment, and impressive spa centers.
Upon entering Pulse Fitness & Spa Mladost, one is immediately struck by the immense wall of greenery greeting visitors at the reception area, which cascades from the ceiling to the floor, with a mixture of glass and wood elements. There is a play on lighting in almost every corner of the club, with an emphasis on the 3D effects on the walls and the perfectly measured combination of leather, wood, stone, and LED lighting, which are woven into the club almost everywhere.
The equipment found in the club is unparalleled, as the brands Active Gym, Techno Gym, and Life Fitness have produced special series specifically for Pulse Fitness & Spa Mladost. On each of the three floors with machines, there are over 40 machines for all muscle groups, while the 70 machines on the cardio floor reveal a unique view of the city lights and the greenery of Vitosha.

The most impressive feature is the luxurious spa center, located on level -1 with an area of over 800 sq.m. It was nominated in the “Best Spa Center Design” category for the 2019 World Spa Awards. Two jacuzzis, panoramic steam baths, a designer sauna with an innovative grid system, a panoramic aroma sauna, and a lacconium are just some of the relaxation facilities. The spa area also boasts the first steam bath of its kind in Bulgaria, in the center of which there is an embedded shock pool with a temperature of 3 degrees Celsius. Of course, the spa center also includes massage rooms, where Antalya Spa therapists will pamper club members with spa treatments and therapies from all corners of the world.
