On January 17 and January 19, 2012 the press conferences announcing the upcoming opening of the first lifestyle center in Bulgaria were held in Sofia and Varna.

Mam’s & me center VIVA is part of the residential complex Viva, situated in the quarter Levski in Varna. The lifestyle center is strategically positioned and is located near the intersection of Osmi Primorski Polk Blvd. and Vasil Levski Blvd. The lifestyle center offers over 5000 square meters area. According to the plan 35 stores and 3 restaurants are provided, the premises are located on 3 floors and designed to meet the desires and capabilities of the various tenants – areas from 25 square meters to 200 square meters. There is an underground parking for the convenience of the clients. Designed for mothers and their children, the shopping center will offer a variety of shops, combined with restaurant, cafe, children’s center, gym and yoga center, dance hall, training centers, specialized club for mothers, bookstore, bank, doctor’s office, pharmacy, dry cleaning, post information, payment of utility bills and more.
The basic concept of a lifestyle center is unique for the Bulgarian market and aims to offer a comfortable mix of products and services offered in combination with added value and opportunity for amusing entertainment for parents and joyful activities for kids. Mam’s & me center VIVA investment and management were taken by the management company PLH Invest Ltd., the builder Planex Holding and GVA Sollers Solutions is the exclusive leasing consultant of the retail space.
The official opening of the facility is planned for the spring of 2012.
